We ask what you sell, who buys it, how they find you now, and what a good month looks like. If you have an existing site we audit it first so the conversation is grounded in specifics rather than opinions. This usually takes one call.
Step 02
Proposal & Scope
A clear scope of work and a flat project fee. No hourly billing, no ambiguous deliverables.
You get a written document listing every page, every feature, the timeline, and one number. That number does not move unless you ask for something outside the scope, and then we quote that separately before doing it. Fixed pricing also makes partner or board approval considerably easier.
Step 03
Build & Review
We build, you review. A revision round is included. Nothing is deployed without your sign-off.
You see the site on a private staging link while it is being built, not in a big reveal at the end. Feedback comes back in one consolidated round, we make the changes, and you approve. Nothing goes live until you say so explicitly.
Step 04
Launch & Maintain
Full deployment handled. We stay on for updates, expansions, and continued growth.
We handle DNS, SSL, redirects from old URLs so you do not lose existing rankings, analytics, and search console submission. After launch we stay on as your ongoing partner, or hand everything over if you would rather manage it yourself.
